The Role: Senior Paid Social Strategist (Meta & TikTok)

What You’ll Do
Lead advertising strategy across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok—from prospecting to remarketing and catalog campaigns.
Architect full-funnel ad systems using creative ideas like influencer content, product comparisons, and strong landing pages.
Scale TikTok advertising—you’ll shape creative hooks, target audiences, tense timing, and work with the in-house video team.
Structure ad accounts smartly using campaign options like CBO vs. ABO, Advantage+, and clustering strategies for better results.
Manage high ad budgets (at least €500K per month) balancing reach and efficiency.
Analyze complex data, like engagement rate, 28-day ROI, and use those insights to push growth.
Collaborate across teams—aligning ads with email, organic posts, retention, search, and more.
Who You Are

Experienced in full-funnel strategies, creative execution, and data-driven decision-making.
