Job Title: Remote Quality Assurance Specialist

What You’ll Do as a Quality Assurance Specialist

Your role will focus on supporting Neighborly’s Program Management Department to make sure everything meets quality and accuracy standards. Here’s a breakdown of your main tasks:

1. Review Invoices:

Make sure invoices are formatted correctly, pricing is accurate, and billing is done right.

2. Provide Tech Support:

Help franchise owners and staff solve technical issues related to software like Xactimate, DASH, MICA, Symbility/CORELOGIC, Mobile Claims, and more.

3. Train and Support Teams:

Offer training sessions and guidance to Rainbow brand employees on processes and systems.

4. Act as a Bridge:

Work between franchise consultants, customers, and other departments to resolve issues quickly and improve customer satisfaction.

5. Work With Leadership:

Meet with executives, external partners, and other departments to keep operations smooth.

6. Handle Customer Concerns:

Respond to questions or complaints from customers, government agencies, or other businesses.

7. Write Documents:

Prepare reports, procedure manuals, and even marketing copy when needed.


Required Skills & Qualifications

The great thing about this role is that you don’t need years of experience. But there are a few things that will help you succeed:

Education: High School Diploma or GED (some college preferred)

Attention to Detail: You’ll be checking invoices, so accuracy matters

Communication Skills: You’ll be talking with franchise owners, customers, and internal teams
