What You’ll Be Doing
The Coordinator will design and oversee nutrition programs, help communities adopt healthier practices, and lead water and sanitation projects. It means working closely with government agencies, NGOs, and community leaders. It also means training local teams so that the impact lasts long after the project ends.
What It Takes to Succeed
Applicants are expected to bring both professional knowledge and a heart for service. A degree in Public Health, Nutrition, or Environmental Health is the foundation, but passion for people is just as important. At least five years of experience in health or WASH projects is needed, along with proven leadership and communication skills.
Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda is essential, while French is considered an advantage. Most importantly, candidates must be ready to work in a multicultural and faith-driven environment where teamwork and empathy guide every decision.
